This smoothie is super healthy with all the right fats and protein, it has no added sugar, no gluten and no dairy. It's basically fresh AF.
Some fresh pineapple
½ - 1 Avocado
Some leaves of fresh basil
A handful of spinach
The juice of 1-2 limes
Mix all of these with a blender and make sure you balance out the sweet flavor from the coconut with lots of squeeesed lime and ginger. Serve with some extra ice so it stays cold and yummy!
